Holoflow — July 2026

What’s new.

It’s been a few months since our last major update — a redesigned 3D Editor, a unified Outputs page, real Unit and custom‑property management, and a lot more underneath. Two quick actions first.

Two things before you dive in.

1

Reset your password

We’ve moved to a new, more secure sign-in system (Microsoft Entra). Your account and data are safe and untouched, but you’ll need to reset your password the first time you sign in — use “Forgot password?” on the login page. If your organisation uses SSO through your own corporate login, you’re routed straight through — nothing to do.

2

Update your scanning app

If your team captures 3D scans with the NET Inhouse app, update to the latest version from your device’s app store — required to keep scanning and syncing with Holoflow working correctly.

3D Editor

A completely new look — and a better feel.

Top-to-bottom visual and functional refresh. This is the single biggest change in the update, and it’s live now.

  • Redesigned interface — cleaner toolbar, navigation panel and asset library throughout.
  • New asset info panel — equipment, unit routing, custom properties and comments in one place.
  • Undo/redo, including grouped multi-step actions.
  • Units are first-class objects in the scene — auto-linked to equipment, with real-time route checks.
  • Faster and more stable — memory-leak fixes and smarter asset caching.

Units & custom properties

Proper editors, not just import.

Previously, units mostly arrived via import or scan, and custom properties were something you could only fill in — not define. That’s changed.

  • Create and manage units directly from the job Summary page — group by floor, rename, delete, drag-and-drop.
  • Better visibility and control over unit status at a glance, without opening each one.
  • Link equipment to specific units, in both the portal and the 3D Editor.
  • Define your own custom property types from a full admin screen — groups, conditional logic, searchable/reportable flags.

Outputs

Content and Sharing, together at last.

The old separate Outputs and Share pages are now one Outputs page, with two tabs that switch instantly — no reloads.

  • Installation information and important notes are editable inline, directly on the page.
  • Photos in a proper gallery, with captions and a lightbox viewer.
  • The resources list is now a sortable grid.

Preview

Bring your own report template.

Generate reports that match your existing paperwork like-for-like — built entirely on our own infrastructure, so your data and photos never leave the platform to be processed.

Upload your own Word document as a template, with placeholders for job details, custom properties, photos, the 3D plan and the captured approval signature — Holoflow fills it in per job and renders a print-accurate PDF. Talk to your account manager for early access.

Performance

Faster, more reliable, across the board.

Server-side
Job list search, sort and filter now runs server-side — dramatically faster on large job lists.
Rebuilt
Scan and photo upload pipeline — no more silent stalls on patchy connections, with clear progress and recovery.
No more
“Cold start” delays after periods of inactivity — we’ve tuned how the platform scales behind the scenes.
Dashboard

Refreshed analytics.

Clearer job-status breakdowns, better handling on smaller screens, and improved chart readability — polished further this release.

A new home

holoflow.app — and a new partnership badge.

The platform is now primarily served from holoflow.app, reflecting the Holoflow brand — existing bookmarks and links keep working. You’ll also see co-branding with NET Inhouse, the scanning app built with our partner TKI, reflecting how closely the two are integrated.
